This initial forms@work App is designed to illustrate how forms of various types can be configured for data capture and upload, whether for stock management, HR management, absence requests, procurement requests, sample requests, etc.

A commercial version, due to be launched shortly, will enable you to configure forms for data upload to a database of your own, where access rules, integration tools, reporting, workflow and other capabilities provide a powerful platform for data capture and management.
Data can be captured of the following types:
Photos
Voice Memos
Three-level hierarchies (Client, Project, Task - Region, Town, Location)
Date fields
Lookup fields (Cost Centers, Items, Employees, Warehouses, etc.)
Date / Time fields
Numeric fields
Text fields
Possible applications: Store checking, expense capture, maintenance records, order taking, etc.
